My skincare routine for sensitive/dry skin
If you don´t know your skin type, this may help: What is your skin type?
Step 1: Cleansers
Always start your skincare routine with clean skin!
I prefer cleansing balms as a makeup remover, it makes my skin feel more moisturized and clean than for example, makeup wipes. I always use a regular cleanser after, to make sure I rinse off all of the makeup. These are the cleansing products I´m using right now:
My all time favorite cleansing balm is the one from Banila co: Clean it Zero, it really makes my skin feel smooth, hydrated and clean. And the cleanser I am currently using is Laneige white dew milky cleanser
Once a week I also use this to exfoliate my skin: Blithe Patting Splash Mask, a exfoliating mask that makes wonder in just 15 seconds!! I´m strongly recommending this product
Step 2: Toner
Lately I´m using the Laneige Clear C Advanced Effector EX as a toner. I have not used it for long time but I really like the feeling right after using it, my skin feels more alive and not as dry as it may sometimes.
Step 3: Serum
Serum is my first step after toner, to give my skin as much love as possible. My favorite serum is for sure Sulwhasoo first care activating serum, a serum for every skin type and works really good on sensitive/dry skin as well. Helps against many concerns, for example it gives your skin hydration, brightness and radiance.
Steg 4: Emulsion
Emulsions can be used either before or after serums, that depends on the emulsion itself. Generally the brand in question if we should use it before or after, if I don´t know I always stick to using an emulsion after serums. Right now I´m using Laneige white dew emulsion which is the same series as my cleanser.
Step 5: Moisturizer
Always, always, always hydrate your skin with a moisturizer if you have dry skin like me. I just started using Innisfree dewy glow jelly cream and I´m really loving it. I love using Innisfree dewy glow mist and bring it with me on the go, so my skin stay moisturized throughout the day
Step 6: Lip care
Once a week i also use a scrub to make my lips more smooth. A tips is this one from ISOI: Bulgarian rose intensive sugar scrub. My lifesaver for hydrated lips is to use a lip mask on a daily basis. I use Laneige lip sleeping mask before going to bed, but also in the morning to maximize hydration. Are you even surprised that I once again use a Laneige product? Clearly it is my favurite brand.
The products I use doesn´t necessarily match your skin, but if you don´t try you´ll never know.
