All of the purchases are protected by our Return & Cancellation terms.
BitterHoney.com shall provide users with sales services and after-sales services, including but not limited to answering inquiries on services and return, replacement and repair of products.
BitterHoney.com is obliged to cancel and refund for any order placed that is not processed for shipping, should customer request a cancellation of order and refund.
Any such cancellation request must be sent to BitterHoney.com official email in order to be eligible for cancellation and refund.
Hygiene and safety is something we value most. Therefore we do not accept returns on beauty and skin care products, other
than in cases listed below:
BitterHoney.com shall reship, return with a full refund or replace the product as required by the user under any of the following circumstances:
A1. The wrong product (such as a product of incorrect type, size or color) is shipped;
A2. The user provides a quality test certificate issued by the relevant national authority to prove that the product received by the user has any quality problem or serious defect that affects the appearance or normal use of the product;
A3. The delivery company loses or fails to deliver the product or the user does not receive the product within thirty (30) days after placing the purchase order.
Under the circumstance set forth in case A1 above, the user shall submit an application within seven (7) days after receiving the product. Under the circumstance set forth in case A2 above, the user shall submit an application within seven (7) days after receiving the product. Under the circumstance set forth in case A3 above, the user shall submit an application within two (2) days after confirm.
BitterHoney.com shall issue partial refund as required by the user under any of the following circumstances:
A4 The user fails to pick up or receive the package, hence let the shipping company return the package to BitterHoney.com.
Only when BitterHoney.com has received the product back, BitterHoney.com will issue a refund for the product cost only, not the shipping cost.
Bitter Honey WILL NOT accept any return or replacement of the product purchased by the user under any of the following circumstances:
B1. The product has any quality problem due to improper use or maintenance;
B2. The product returned by the user is accompanied by incomplete documents/accessories (such as the package, tag, user’s manual, overseas purchase slip, international waybill, complimentary gift and accessories, etc.);
B3. The user repairs or alters the product without the consent of BitterHoney.com
B4. The electric appliance is unusable or has any other non-quality problem due to the different overseas and domestic voltage levels;
B5. The gift pack or product suite cannot be returned partially. The user who wants to return the product for a refund shall return the gift pack or product suite as a whole and the user will no longer be entitled to preferential terms for products in the gift pack or product suite available to him/her at the time of purchase.
BitterHoney.com agrees to provide the user with return and replacement services circumstances:
C1. BitterHoney.com approves the application to BitterHoney for the return or replacement of any product received by the user for any subjective reason (such as dissatisfaction with the colour or size or dislike of the received product) of the user, though the product is fully consistent with the order placed;
C2. BitterHoney approves the application of the user for return or replacement of the product that has no quality problem for any objective reason. Under any of the foregoing circumstances, the user shall submit the application within seven (7) days upon receipt of the product. If BitterHoney.com approves the application, BitterHoney.com will make replacement or return arrangements, but the user shall pay all the freight arising from replacing or returning the product.
C3. If the product has a warranty period or is accompanied by the after-sales service card or warranty card, BitterHoney will negotiate with the user with respect to repair in accordance with after-sales service commitments or warranty card commitments and provide repair services according to the negotiation result. Replacement services will be provided if the product remains unusable after repair. The user shall pay the costs of shipping the product to the repair shop designated by BitterHoney. The costs of shipping the repaired product back to the user will be borne by BitterHoney.com
