How Do I Order?
1. Email us the list of movies which you want at hatsumomo19@yahoo.co.uk
2. We will tabulate the total cost and email you back the payment procedures. 
3. After you had made the payment, email us to notify of the payment. Also include in the email will be your mailing address and recipient.
4. We will process the order upon confirmation of the payment.
5. Your order will be mailed out in 2 to 4 days via normal mail.

Will You Run Off After You Receive The Payment?
There's always a risk when you order something from an online store. Even those reputable ones. That's the number one question that everyone will ask themselves. Very simple answer. We want repeat business and not just one off deals. It'll be more beneficial for us in the long run. We don't think short term. Will we jeopardizes it? No. Repeat business will ease us to concentrate on our collection rather than to spend time to 'dupe' new customers.

What If I Receive A Spoilt Disc Or The Order Never Reach Me?
All videos are viewed, checked and tested prior to shipment. If you received a damaged or defected VCD/DVD, we will replace it with the same title absolutely free of charge. In the event of lost mail, we will resend your order.

How Much Is Each Movie?
The pricing range from $5.00 to $13.50 for each movie. For the price of each movie, you may refer to the front on the movie title name. 
Example: 5.00 - XXX - XXXXX
The 5.00 means that the movie cost $5.00.
Of course if you buy more, you will be able to get each movie at a cheaper price. For more information, please refer to here.

Ok. So How Do I Pay?
Payment can be made through Bank Transfer. We also accept Paypal. For those paying by Paypal, there will be a (3.4% + US$0.30) on top of the total price for Paypal administrating charges. There will be no additional charges if you decided to pay by Bank Transfer.

Are There Any Shipping Cost And Do You Ship Worldwide?
There will be no shipping charge or postage cost. However if customer have special instruction in regards to the shipping arrangement, than the cost of the special delivery will have to be bear by the customer.

How Will My Order Be Packaged?
Actress and movie title will be labeled on the VCD/DVD. We do not include cover art nor a jewel case, thus reducing the weight of packaging and the risk of embarrassment in case the wrong person opens your package. VCD/DVD will be packed in a box wrapped with brown paper. Confirm discreet, nobody will know what is inside the box.

Can I Request You To Deliver The VCDs As A Unmarked Disc?
Yes. Normally all VCD/DVD are marked with their title on the surface, so you may also request not to have the movie title on the VCD/DVD surface.
